The Idea
A multi-platform ad campaign featuring anonymous quotes from professionals about their job frustrations. The ads will use a mix of humor and stark honesty to highlight the absurdities of unhappy life, paired with a clear call to action encouraging viewers to seek better opportunities through Monster. The campaign will include web banners, transit shelter ads, and a TV commercial, each tailored to the medium while maintaining a consistent tone and message.
